It begins in Ottawa on March 3, 2010 and the 10 day journey to BC will celebrate the endless possibilities of human spirit through sharing the message of courage and determination embodied by the flame.

A walk on a zero degree day on Vancouver city centre Hastings street. In Toronto say this would be at one end of the Eaton Centre and the highest end stores like Birks etc at the other end. It is less than 15 blocks to the Hotel Vancouver as well. The hotels here warn almost all visitors to steer clear. I would too NY may look safer but this place is not out of control yet.
