Olle is dreaming for years of being the mascot during the games, and is preparing thoroughly. But then he confronts with another candidate, and a competition between them has to settle the matter. They battle in different sports such as speedskating, cross country and skiing. At the end the opponent of Olle seems to be a girl and therefore no decision can be taken. Olle goes home sadly and will try next year again. VisitSweden Launches New Ironic Ad Campaign Since 1986, the residents of Swedish winter destinations Åre and Östersund have dreamed of hosting the Olympic Winter Games. They have applied three times without success, but refuse to give up. This has become the theme of a new, ironic campaign by VisitSweden, “Fit for the Winter Games”, which is aimed at the Dutch audience.
