Actually allyn2100, the Camaro and Firebird were both built in the Norwood, Ohio and Van Nuys, CA until 1987. From 1987-1992 all Camaros and Firebirds were built in Van Nuys. Only the 4th generation (1993-2002) Camaro and Firebirds were built in St. Therese

And? A nice chunk of Ford’s are built in Mexico by cheap Mexican labor. The Mustang rolls off the same embly line as a piece of Mazda near the nearly abandoned hole, rat infested, needs to be burnt down slum of Detroit. But at least its all North American built. Not like we sold the corporations to China just to turn around and buy the products back at 3x or more the cost for OUR technology like we’ve done with everything else in America.

The Firebird & Camaro have ALWAYS been built in Canada at the St. Therese Quebec Plant until the last Camaro rolled off, & the plant was closed. Truth is, America`s muscle machine was a Canadian product.
